Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage reception operations, employee attendance, and administrative support while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations.
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and courier services.
· Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
· Track daily employee attendance and generate attendance reports.
· Coordinate with HR to resolve attendance related issues.
· Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
· Support HR and other departments with day-to-day administrative activities.
· Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· 0–2 years of experience in Front Office or Administration.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Professional attitude with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
