Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Introduce and communicate the company's products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions or information.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through regular outreach and follow-up.
- Qualify potential leads and coordinate appointments or discussions with the sales team when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries professionally and promptly.

- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and engage customers effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or telecalling is an advantage.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate call records.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
