- Oversee and manage the operations of both Haldwani and Bareilly showrooms.
- Monitor daily store performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and support teams for smooth store functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize stock losses.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns effectively.
- Analyze store performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Support staff training, team development, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and warehouse teams for operational requirements.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
