Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
- Submit proposals and place bids on platforms such as Upwork and other freelancing marketplaces.
- Communicate with prospective clients via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Prepare business development reports and maintain sales records.
- Assist with project coordination and follow up with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and update CRM records and client information.
- Support the team with market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, Commerce, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork is an advantage but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating with clients.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Internship Details:
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Paid stipend
Strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance
