About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across content, email, and social media functions for multiple brand accounts including Redfox Cybersecurity, Redfox Cybersecurity Academy, Foxtale Media, and Fox Talkx Studio.
Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and publish-readiness
- Send cold outreach emails and follow up on existing leads in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails; escalate where required
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Manage content calendars for multiple brand accounts
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support content creation workflows
- Monitor social media engagement; respond to comments and messages; flag important interactions
- Maintain and update lead lists and track outreach activity
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks across email, content, and social media functions
