About the Role
The Chennai Mobiles is seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor / Maintenance Executive to oversee maintenance activities across showroom locations and ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, facility management, and coordination of maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise maintenance activities at showroom and office locations.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors for civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and repair works.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and safety issues.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and renovation projects.
- Track maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and maintenance expenses.
- Verify quality of work performed by external vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up new showroom infrastructure and renovation projects.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
