- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain employee records and company documentation.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory administration.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting & Tally software and digital record management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
