Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.
- Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency segments.
- Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).
- Educate and advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.
- Execute cross-selling of value-added products (including training products).
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of stock market operations and products.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.
- Strong marketing and persuasion abilities.
