About the Role
Shanvia Tech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our Academy Division and help enroll students in various IT, software development, digital marketing, and professional training programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with students and parents, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions for academy courses.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available programs.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct meetings.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions for student outreach.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Maintain lead records and admission reports.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Experience in education sales, telecalling, counseling, or marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
