About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Content Writer Intern who is interested in content writing, SEO, digital marketing, and online research. This internship is suitable for freshers, students, and recent graduates who want practical experience in writing content for websites and search engines.
The intern will work on blogs, website pages, landing pages, course-related content, and other digital content. The role also involves keyword research, basic SEO implementation, content optimization, internal linking, competitor research, and proofreading.
Training and guidance will be provided, but applicants should have good English writing skills, an interest in research, and a willingness to learn SEO and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
The SEO Content Writer Intern will be responsible for:
- Researching topics before writing content.
- Writing SEO-friendly blogs, articles, website pages, and landing page content.
- Understanding the search intent behind keywords and topics.
- Using primary and secondary keywords naturally within content.
- Creating clear H1, H2, H3, and H4 heading structures.
- Writing SEO-friendly meta titles and meta descriptions.
- Optimizing existing website content for better readability and search visibility.
- Conducting basic competitor content research.
- Finding relevant information from reliable and authoritative sources.
- Adding appropriate internal links between related website pages and blogs.
- Suggesting suitable anchor text for internal links.
- Checking content for grammar, spelling, readability, and factual accuracy.
- Updating older blogs based on SEO and content requirements.
- Creating FAQ sections based on common search queries.
- Writing content that is easy for readers to understand.
- Following assigned keyword usage and content guidelines.
- Maintaining proper formatting and content hierarchy.
- Working with the SEO team to understand content requirements.
- Making revisions based on feedback from editors or team leads.
- Maintaining assigned content trackers and updating task status.
- Meeting daily and weekly content deadlines.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
