The Role: Sales Manager
This is a field-intensive sales position responsible for driving the entire customer journey from site visit to final booking. The role involves meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, educating clients about projects and locations, guiding them through comparisons and decision-making, and ensuring successful deal closure through disciplined and timely follow-ups.
Core Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable projects.
- Educate customers on location advantages, connectivity, and developer credibility.
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups and support negotiations to secure closures.
- Ensure daily CRM updates for an accurate sales pipeline.
- Deliver a professional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Site Visit Execution – Number of customer meetings and site visits completed.
- Conversion Rates:
- Lead-to-Site Visit Conversion
- Site Visit-to-Booking Conversion
- Sales Achievement – Number and value of bookings secured.
- Follow-up Discipline – Timeliness and consistency of follow-ups (TAT).
