Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, target-driven professional who can contribute to both
candidate assessments and business growth by engaging with aspiring professionals as
well as potential institutional and business partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Professionals Assessment and Career Guidance
Engage with prospective candidates through outbound calls, assess their career
aspirations, recommend suitable Job Ready Services, and drive enrollments by
providing personalized career guidance and consistent follow-ups
Client Acquisition & Partnership Development
Identify and connect with colleges, training institutes, placement cells, and
industry partners to build strategic collaborations. Generate new business
opportunities through LinkedIn, emails, cold calling, and networking while
fostering long-term relationships and supporting partnership onboarding.
Lead Management & Reporting
Manage the complete lead lifecycle by maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking
follow-ups and conversions, achieving outreach and enrollment targets, and
providing regular updates on lead pipeline and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in handling telephonic and virtual discussions.
Relationship-building and consultative selling approach.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility :
6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Client
Acquisition, Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Recruitment.
Experience in EdTech, Training, HR Services, or Recruitment will be an added
advantage.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional regional
languages will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
