Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
· Handling inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
· Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Target-oriented mind-set with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
