Job Title: MEP Site Engineer
Location: Chennai (Willing to Travel)
Experience: 2 - 7 Years Industry: Real Estate / Plotted Development
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Notice Period : Immediate or Less than 15 days
Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP services.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Support project execution and resolve site-related issues.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Requirements:
- 2 - 7 years of experience in MEP site execution.
- Experience in plotted development projects preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering..
