Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the overall operations of a jungle resort in Dandeli. The ideal candidate should have strong resort operations experience and preferably a background in jungle, wildlife, wilderness, or eco-resort properties.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Lead, motivate and manage the resort team effectively.
- Handle P&L, budgeting, cost control and revenue management.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and guest relations.
- Manage operational challenges associated with a remote resort location.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OTAs, tour operators and travel partners.
- Coordinate and liaise with the Forest Department and relevant local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety and hospitality standards.
- Drive occupancy, revenue and overall resort performance.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain strong coordination between Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager / Resort Manager.
- Experience in Jungle Resort, Wildlife Resort, Eco-Resort or Wilderness Property is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of P&L, operations, guest relations and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working and living in a remote/nature-based resort location.
- Strong knowledge of OTA and tour-operator relationships.
