Job Description:
Tech Meridian Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant Trainer to lead our Dental Assistant Course in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between academic knowledge and clinical practice, preparing students for successful careers in dental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for dental assistant students.
- Demonstrate proper sterilization techniques, chairside assisting, and patient care protocols.
- Prepare students for industrial visits and hands-on training assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Ensure all curriculum standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a dental assistant or trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and patient management.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- DCI registration (preferred).
