Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and close customers for our high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and convert them into bookings.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, and customer support teams for smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven track record in closing property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
