PCO coordinator
Job Description:
The PCO Coordinator serves as the focal point for coordinating, monitoring, and governing Product Change Order (PCO) activities across multiple stakeholders and business functions. The role supports end-to-end execution of the PCO process by ensuring data integrity, process compliance, stakeholder alignment, and effective implementation planning.
The position collaborates closely with Planning, Purchasing, OCM, Engineering, Suppliers, and other cross-functional partners while driving process visibility, governance, continuous improvement, and adoption of digital tools and automation capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor PCO activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive execution of process milestones, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support process governance and ensure timely closure of open issues.
- Escalate risks, delays, and process bottlenecks when required.
- Act as a central coordination point between Planning, Purchasing, OCM, Engineering, Suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support alignment and communication across functions.
- Lead / Participate in operational reviews and process-related forums.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
- Maintain and manage process-related data within applicable business systems.
- Validate data completeness and accuracy.
- PCO Effective date calculations and BP changes tracking.
- Support execution of implementation plans and system-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and auditability of process decisions.
- Monitor process performance and KPI trends.
- Prepare operational reports and management updates.
- Drive PCO process governance, visibility, and performance improvement.
- Support automation adoption and continuous process optimization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory
- SAP MM expertise - Mandatory
- High level of English (speaking, reading and writing) – Mandatory
- > 5 year experience in a purchasing \ supply chain \ planning position \ Operations – Mandatory
- Experience with process coordination, project support, or operational execution is an advantage
- Knowledge of working with OFFICE systems (especially Excel)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to motivate interfaces for action.
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to decision-making, Problem solving, anticipating challenges and acting decisively to drive results.
- Out-of-the-box thinking to identify gaps, raise flags, and drive practical solutions.
