About the Role:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Executive who can own social media end-to-end for two brands at different stages:
- Tone Garage – a fitness & wellness brand with a live app, focused on driving subscriptions and conversions
- A new lifestyle/activewear brand (currently in stealth) – focused on building brand presence from scratch
This role is for someone who can combine performance marketing skills with strong content and social execution, and who thinks in terms of experiments, learning loops, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms
- Design and run growth experiments & A/B tests to identify high-performing audiences and creatives
- Use performance data and insights to inform organic content and social media strategy
- Create and execute high-engagement social media content (Instagram-first)
- Own content planning, posting, and growth across all social media handles
- Work closely with founders to define growth hypotheses, learning loops, and next experiments
- Track, analyse, and clearly report campaign and social performance metrics
- Manage community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, replies)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth and content-led engagement
- Proven ability to create or guide engaging, shareable content across social platforms
- Clear understanding of funnels, conversions, audience targeting, and optimisation
- Experience handling multiple brand accounts with different objectives
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Ability to execute independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes
- Bonus (Nice to Have)Video editing or graphic design skills
- Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Experience scaling a social media page organically

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
