Job Summary
ARC Technologies and Institutions is looking for an experienced Data Analyst Trainer who can deliver strong conceptual knowledge along with hands-on industry-oriented training. The trainer should be capable of mentoring candidates using real-world datasets, industrial projects, and practical use cases, preparing them for analytics roles in the industry.
Skills Required
* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
* SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Performance Optimization)
* Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Interactive Dashboards)
* Python for Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
* AI – Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
* Understanding of real-world Data Analytics workflows
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver classroom/online training sessions for Data Analyst courses
* Provide practical, hands-on learning using live datasets
* Train candidates on industry-level projects and case studies
* Guide students in capstone and real-time analytics projects
* Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews
* Prepare students for industry requirements and placements
* Share industry insights, best practices, and real-world scenarios
* Support students with doubt-clearing and project reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner
* Experience in training, mentoring, or working as a Data Analyst
* Passion for teaching and upskilling freshers and working professionals
* Hands-on experience with real-time or industrial projects
Experience
* 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Training / Industry Projects
* Training experience will be an added advantage

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
* This is a 6-days working role.
* Trainers are expected to handle approximately 4–5 batches per day, with each batch lasting around 1.5 hours.
* Batch timings are generally scheduled across morning and evening slots.
* This is a full-time position, and candidates are expected to be available throughout the day. Parallel commitments with other organizations will not be permitted.
* Salary increments will be completely performance-based.
* Selected candidates will be required to sign a minimum service bond of 2 years.
Pay: ₹303,837.18 - ₹701,222.78 per year
