About Lampzon India
Lampzon India is a growing lighting solutions company specializing in high-quality, innovative, and energy-efficient lighting products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and vouchers.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.
