The Patient Engagement Analyst supports Cerner HealtheLife patient portal and related communication platforms. Safety-net hospital context makes patient engagement materially different: portal adoption competes with phone and in-person workflows, and issues often carry equity and access dimensions. Single offshore seat covering through Y5.
Provide Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support.
Support patient communication platform integrations (SMS, email, IVR).
Support care coordination tools.
Provide population health workflow basics (chronic disease registries, care gap workflows).
Inspect HL7 v2.x ADT messages for portal account provisioning diagnosis.
Escalate equity/access dimensions cleanly when they surface.
