About the Role
Akash Steel Ventures is looking for a highly energetic and dependable Field Operations Executive to work directly with the Founder. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervise loading, unloading, container stuffing and dispatches.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, warehouses and factories.
- Verify material quality, quantity and documentation.
- Visit vendor and customer locations whenever required.
- Coordinate daily with the office team and ensure smooth execution.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and independently.
- Maintain dispatch, inventory and inspection records.
- Ensure materials are packed, loaded and delivered correctly.
- Support the Founder in all field-related operational activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, steel, fabrication or industrial operations.
- Good spoken English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
- Street-smart with strong practical problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel locally on short notice.
- Comfortable working in factories, warehouses and loading yards.
- Physically fit and not afraid to get hands dirty when required.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong sense of ownership, honesty and accountability.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler licence preferred.
