Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Supervision: Independently handle site marking, daily supervision, and end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects.
- Quality Control: Enforce the highest standards of civil engineering. You will be responsible for extracting top-tier quality from contractors and vendors.
- Billing & Certification: Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills with high accuracy.
- Material Management: Proactively manage material indents to ensure zero downtime on site.
- Finishing & Handover: Oversee the entire finishing process, ensuring every detail meets our "premium" benchmark before handing over keys to prospective buyers.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience, specifically in luxury/premium villa or apartment developments.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of precision measurement, site marking, and interpreting complex architectural/structural drawings.
- Attributes: Strong leadership skills, a "quality-first" mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
