Job Summary:
The Senior Service Advisor in a two-wheeler dealership acts as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring quick turnaround time, and maintaining service quality for motorcycles and scooters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand service/repair complaints clearly
- Open and manage Job Cards with accurate problem description
- Provide estimated cost, service time, and delivery commitment
- Coordinate with technicians for quick and proper repairs
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as promised
- Conduct final inspection before delivery
- Explain service details and billing clearly to customers
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Promote value-added services (paid service, accessories, extended warranty)
Two-Wheeler Specific Duties:
- Identify common issues in bikes/scooters (engine noise, clutch, brake, electrical issues, mileage complaints)
- Ensure quick service for periodic maintenance (free/paid service)
- Manage high-volume service flow (especially during peak days)
- Coordinate with spare parts team for fast availability
- Ensure proper washing and delivery condition of vehicles
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Handle repeat customers and priority cases
- Maintain proper service history records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 3–6 years in two-wheeler service dealership
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Automobile) / Any Degree
- Experience in brands like Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, etc. preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication (Tamil + basic English preferred)
- Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in busy workshops
- Basic computer knowledge (DMS, Excel)

- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Average service turnaround time
- Revenue per job card (upselling)
- Repeat service ratio
- Complaint closure rate
Salary :
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience & dealership)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
