Position: Sales Manager
Industry: Safety Shoes | PPE | Safety Helmet | Safety Gloves
Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 (Negotiable)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales for Safety Shoes, PPE, Safety Helmets, Safety Gloves, and other industrial safety products.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market research.
- Handle B2B sales with industries, factories, construction companies, warehouses, and distributors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and increase repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Industrial Safety Products / PPE sales.
- Good knowledge of Safety Shoes, Helmets, Gloves, and related products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle field sales and client acquisition independently.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidate should have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
