1. ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our Process department at the Kingfa Bhiwadi facility. The
ideal candidate will support polymer compounding and manufacturing operations, drive process optimization, and
contribute to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure safety compliance across all process operations.
- Support polymer compounding and manufacturing activities.
- Drive process optimization to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Prepare process sheets and design screw configurations.
- Understand and apply equipment operating principles and usage.
- Support waste management initiatives and improve productivity.
- Manage process-related projects and implement modifications to reduce downtime and ensure smooth process
flow.
- Carry out basic quality assessment and support SOP development.
- Perform data analysis to support production planning.
- Troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer / Plastics Science.
- Specialization or academic background in polymer compounding / extrusion.
- IT Proficiency: MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience; freshers may apply.
- Prior experience of 1 year in plastic compounding and manufacturing industry is preferred.

background related to polymer materials.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
