Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our business, responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating qualified leads, and driving sales. An ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high emotional resilience, and a proven ability to convince potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume calls daily to potential, existing, and prospective customers using provided databases or scripts.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customer needs, explain product/service features, and pitch company offerings to qualify leads.
- Inbound Handling: Professionally answer incoming phone calls, address customer queries, and resolve product or service issues.
- Sales Support: Convince interested prospects, schedule appointments, coordinate site visits, or pass sales opportunities to the relevant departments.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately log, update, and maintain client records, call histories, and follow-up updates within the company's CRM or database system
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
