Deliver Sales Excellence by driving business with Key Local and Global Customers in Bangalore. Focus on improving quality revenue from the area of responsibility through effective account and product management. Ensure that retained business is financially healthy and profitable. Establish a high standard for IAGC In the local business environment. Sell and Promote the IAGC network and any future cargo partners via the IAGC business. Responsible for successful delivery of eBooking, effective use of CRM-Salesforce and drive Change management.
Account Management of top 25 AWB stockholders in Bangalore.
Cultivate a portfolio of profitable customer accounts through consultative approach and bring in efficiencies in marketing activities while ensuring the best fit from them to match our commercial strategy.
Being an interface between the GSSA, freight forwarders and our customer service team is vital with the aim to deliver customisation and thereby driving incremental value from forwarders.
Conversion of business to contractual agreements, governed through CPAs, BSAs.
Strong market visibility through atleast twelve face to face meetings per week.
Ensure selling activities updated and tracked in our CRM system – Salesforce and drive online booking penetration.
Work in tandem with stake holders in Revenue Management and Product team to expand market share.
Preparation and presentation of commercial reports weekly / monthly.
Ensure effective debt management and finance recoveries if any.
Adhere to competition laws and compliance and Business integrity policy.
To work beyond individual account level to encompass business and customer needs across the area to drive best for the business policy.

Skills and Experience:
Must hold a degree or above from a recognised university.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good financial and analytical acumen.
Excellent coaching and negotiation skills.
Willing to work in different locations and business functions, duty travel and/or shift work may be required depending on placement.
Must have the right to live and work full-time in India.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
