Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the development of technical engineering solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address engineering challenges, utilizing scientific and technical knowledge to devise effective solutions, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. You will also participate in discussions that foster innovation and problem-solving, while applying your practical experience to enhance project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of engineering solutions that meet project specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aerospace & Defense (A&D). - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience with structural and stress design methodologies. - Familiarity with qualification processes and technical management. - Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and propose effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
