Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and interns by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and HR trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and organizational activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Participate in campus hiring drives and employer branding initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
