We at Innovecture are hiring for a "System Analyst" to expand our team, this is a Remote position in India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Job Summary
We are seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder management. Candidates must possess an AI-first mindset and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, productivity, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Support testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring solution alignment.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Expertise in creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
AI & GitHub Copilot (Mandatory)
- AI-first mindset with hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, process optimization, research, and productivity enhancement.
- Understanding of how AI can be integrated into business and technology processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
