Job Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CCTV systems, computer hardware, networking devices, biometric systems, and other IT infrastructure at client locations. The role includes onsite technical support, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of service calls for Government and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of CCTV cameras, NVR, networking, and computer systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Configure routers, switches, IP cameras, attendance systems, and related equipment.
- Prepare service reports and update call status regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers for complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely closure of complaints as per SLA requirements.
- Support AMC/CAMC and project implementation activities.
- Maintain tools, spares, and service records properly.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CCTV, networking, computer hardware, and basic software troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IP addressing, LAN/WAN, and structured cabling.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical faults independently.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking devices.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gandhidham, Gujarat (Gandhidham)
