- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, consultants, contractors, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and key customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and project execution teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or ERP systems.
