Job Summary
We are looking for a mature, well-organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Partner’s schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking important tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate and follow up with department heads, employees, clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a daily task and follow-up tracker for the Managing Partner.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tasks assigned by the Managing Partner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, meeting notes, and other documents as required.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and official communication on behalf of the Managing Partner when required.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and action points.
- Track important deadlines, commitments, projects, and pending matters.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information and updates.
- Assist the Managing Partner in day-to-day business and administrative activities.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other requirements when required.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of important communications and decisions.
- Support the Managing Partner in ensuring smooth and timely execution of business priorities.

Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.
- Graduation with a Diploma in Management / Business Administration or related field.
- Married candidate preferred.
- Candidate should be professionally presentable, reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working closely with the Managing Partner.
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive, business owner, or Managing Partner will be preferred.
Compensation
₹3–6 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
