Job Description:
Wefit Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and joinery works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQ for interior and joinery projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with design and project teams for pricing inputs
- Source material and labor cost data from vendors and suppliers
- Prepare quotations for client submissions
- Assist in tender preparation and project budgeting
- Maintain cost database and pricing records
- Support value engineering and cost optimization
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
- 2–5 years experience in interior fit-out / joinery estimation
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and BOQ preparation
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and market rates
- Experience in UAE or Indian interior industry preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
