Position Summary
The Process Coordinator cum Admin Executive will act as the central point of coordination between the shop floor, management, and external vendors at the manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for tracking daily production and process activities, preparing reports for management, handling day-to-day administrative work, and managing communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management on production status, process deviations, and daily plant activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather updates and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Maintain records and MIS of production, dispatch, manpower, and process data as required by management.
- Assist management during review meetings and follow up on action points until closure.
- Flag process delays, deviations, or issues to management immediately and support in resolving them. Process Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day process activities across departments (production, stores, quality, dispatch) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs and checklists on the shop floor. Act as a communication bridge between departments to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
- Track and document of process changes, downtime, and corrective actions taken.
Vendor Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements, deliveries, and follow-ups. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment-related follow-ups with vendors and accounts team. Handle queries or discrepancies with vendors and coordinate resolution with the concerned department.
- Maintain updated records of preferred/approved vendors along with contact details and service history.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and documentation as required for smooth vendor relationship management.
Administrative Support
Maintain employee-related administrative records (attendance, leave records, ID cards, etc.) in coordination with HR.
Handle documentation and record-keeping (files, registers, correspondence, compliance papers) accurately.
Coordinate of couriers, visitors, and front-office activities at the facility.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
