OFFICE AT: PATULI, KOLKATA
We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can independently generate qualified prospects and book appointments for our sales team.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who understands how to find prospects, start conversations, follow up consistently, and generate real business opportunities.
This role is NOT just about sending bulk messages. We need someone who knows how to generate quality leads through channels like:
- Cold Email Outreach
- LinkedIn Outreach
- SMS Marketing
- Cold Calling
- Facebook/Instagram Prospecting
- CRM Follow-ups
- Appointment Setting
- Lead Research & Prospect Building
Your primary goal will be:
- Generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls/meetings
- Pass interested prospects to the founder/sales closer
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business clients
- Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls
- Build prospect lists and maintain CRM records
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Qualify prospects before scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
- Maintain outreach KPIs and reporting
Requirements
- Prior experience in Lead Generation / Appointment Setting / Business Development
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. is a plus
- Must know how to write outreach messages that get replies
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision

- SaaS or Tech Services
