What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations — inward, outward, storage, and dispatch
- Receive incoming stock, verify against purchase orders, and update inventory on Zoho Inventory in real time
- Process customer orders on Zoho — picking, packing, and ensuring accurate dispatch every single time
- Maintain proper bin locations, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts — match physical stock with Zoho records
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order status, returns, and discrepancies
- Handle returns and damaged goods — log them correctly and report to the manager
- Ensure all dispatches have correct invoices, labels, and delivery documentation
- Flag stock shortages, slow-moving items, or discrepancies immediately — not at month end
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Operations is a strong plus — if you know it, you move to the top of the list
- If not Zoho, must have worked on any WMS or inventory software — and must be willing to learn Zoho quickly
- Basic computer skills — able to operate a system, update entries, and read reports
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on warehouse environment
- Organised, disciplined, and someone who takes their stock seriously
- Good communication to coordinate with internal teams
- Someone who wants to grow with the company — not just looking for a short-term job
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You think warehouse work is only about moving boxes and someone else handles the system
- You are not comfortable working on a computer or learning new software
- You make entries "later" instead of in real time
- You're here for 3 months and gone
