We're looking for a Creator Experience Manager who will own that experience from day one.
About the Role
As a Creator Experience Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact responsible for ensuring every creator has a seamless onboarding experience and continues to feel supported throughout their journey with Creators Dream.
You'll work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure commitments made to creators are delivered, issues are identified early, and relationships remain strong.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, solving operational challenges, and working in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership is valued.
What You'll Do
- Own the onboarding journey for every new creator and ensure a smooth transition into the agency.
- Build strong relationships with creators through regular communication and proactive support.
- Monitor creator satisfaction and identify concerns before they become major issues.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure creators receive a consistent experience.
- Ensure commitments made during onboarding are delivered on time.
- Track creator progress and maintain accurate records across onboarding and relationship management processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks impacting creator experience and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Support creators with process-related queries, payment timelines, onboarding requirements, and agency workflows.
- Gather creator feedback and share actionable insights with leadership to improve internal processes.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting creator health, retention trends, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Account Coordination, or Creator Management.
- Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoys interacting with people and building long-term professional relationships.
- Is highly organized and can manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Can coordinate effectively across different teams.
- Thinks proactively and solves problems before they escalate.
- Is detail-oriented and follows through on commitments.
- Is comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs, and productivity tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with influencers, creators, digital talent, or creator agencies.
- Customer Success or Client Relationship Management experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the creator economy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
