Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria
- Create process flows, workflows, and basic wireframes
- Coordinate with clients, development, QA, and project teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with end users
- Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials
- Conduct end-user training sessions and demonstrations
- Ensure the final solution meets defined business requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
- Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Requirement Gathering / Software Projects will be considered
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, UAT, BRD, FRD & User Stories
- Basic knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps is preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
