Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our clients
- Build client relationships
- Handle client queries from enquiry to after-sales support
- Own client issues end-to-end with a "Solve & Update" approach
- Prepare and maintain CRM Data and trackers
- Maintain client feedback reports and records
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication
- Client handling and relationship management
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace or MS Office
- Analytical thinking and reporting abilities
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
