Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students over calls and guiding them about various Online UG & PG programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to understand students’ needs and help them choose the right program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students over calls regarding online undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Understand students’ educational requirements and provide suitable program guidance.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and maintain a positive counselling experience.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months of internship or experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
