SEO Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to develop and execute search engine optimization strategies that improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical SEO expertise, and experience collaborating with content, marketing, and development teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Work with web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing SEO projects across multiple websites is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Local SEO and international SEO experience.
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Understanding of UX, CRO, and digital marketing principles.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
