Role Overview
Lead our sales efforts and drive growth for our digital marketing agency. We need someone who can sell marketing, not just services — SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website, Branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Drive inbound and outbound leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, events, and referrals
- Client Acquisition: Pitch and close digital marketing retainers and project deals
- Team Management: Build and lead the sales team, set targets, monitor KPIs
- Consultative Selling: Understand client goals and recommend the right marketing mix
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain CRM, forecast revenue, and report to management weekly
- Account Growth: Manage key accounts, ensure retention, upselling and renewals
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales. 1+ year leading a team preferred. Digital marketing agency experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong closing, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and agency sales cycles
- Language: Fluent in English and Malayalam. Hindi is a plus
- Education: MBA in Marketing preferred
