we are looking for React and React native Developer
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and mobile applications using React Native.
- Convert UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate applications with REST / JSON APIs and backend services.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI, integration, and performance issues.
- Follow best coding standards and participate in code reviews.
- Deliver assigned tasks within decided timelines and milestones.
UI/UX & Design Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with UI wireframes and user flows.
- Basic working knowledge of Figma (viewing designs, extracting assets, understanding layouts).
- Attention to detail in typography, spacing, colors, and usability.
AI Tools & Automation (Required)
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools, such as:
- ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar.
- Ability to use AI tools for:
- Code generation and refactoring
- Debugging and optimization
- UI improvement and accessibility suggestions
- Capability to review, validate, and secure AI-generated code before production use.
Reporting, Analytics & Monitoring Tools
- Experience integrating reporting and analytics tools in applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics
- Mixpanel / Amplitude (basic knowledge acceptable)
- Experience with user activity tracking, event-based reporting, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data visualization using chart libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, ApexCharts, etc.).
- Ability to generate or export reports in PDF / Excel / CSV formats (added advantage).
Logging & Error Tracking
- Experience with error tracking and monitoring tools, such as:
- Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, LogRocket, Datadog, or similar.
- Ability to track frontend errors, API failures, and performance issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and React Native.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Basic understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
