Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote company products/services to potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
