Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for handling client communication, generating business opportunities, inviting clients for programs and meetings, and converting leads into successful deals. The role requires strong communication, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through calls and explain company offerings in detail.
- Invite and schedule clients for Workshops, Foundation Programs, Transformation Programs, and Zoom meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through proper follow-ups.
- Close deals confidently and achieve assigned targets.
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain strong and continuous follow-up with clients until deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, meetings, and conversions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client onboarding and programs.
Required Skills:

- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales / business development / client handling
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Salary:
- ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
