About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative AI Video Generator & Editor who can leverage the latest AI tools to produce visually engaging, high-quality videos while maintaining strong editing fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for storytelling, motion design, and visual aesthetics, along with hands-on experience using AI-powered video generation platforms to accelerate creative production.
This role requires someone who understands both traditional video editing and AI-assisted content creation, ensuring the final output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing videos, advertisements, social media content, and promotional films using AI-powered video generation tools.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with seamless transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Generate AI-based visuals, animations, avatars, voiceovers, and cinematic sequences using industry-leading AI tools.
- Develop creative concepts and transform briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Enhance videos through colour correction, sound mixing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, trends, and workflows to improve production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams to deliver campaign-ready assets.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Optimise video formats for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Maintain organised project files and editable assets for future revisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and AI-powered content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as:

- Luma AI
- Midjourney
- Flux
- ElevenLabs
- Adobe Firefly
- ChatGPT or similar AI assistants for ideation and scripting
- Understanding of cinematography, pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an advertising or creative agency.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating AI-generated commercials, product videos, and branded content.
- Understanding of prompt engineering for image and video generation.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio enhancement.
