We are seeking a courteous, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to manage front-desk operations and ensure a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for all guests, maintaining a professional demeanor while managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management: Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and accuracy.
- Guest Handling: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assist them with inquiries, and ensure a comfortable stay experience.
- Communication: Coordinate with different departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Operations) to meet guest needs promptly.
- Reservation Support: Assist in managing room bookings, confirmations, and cancellations through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Complaint Resolution: Address guest feedback or complaints courteously and ensure timely resolution.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate guest records, logs, and reports for smooth daily operations.
- Presentation & Grooming: Uphold the company’s image through professional appearance and excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Guest Relation Executive in the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with front desk software, Property Management Systems (PMS), and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Professionalism: Punctual, disciplined, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and guest satisfaction.
